With 25+ years dance experience, I have taught and performed all over the U.S. My passion for dancing began early on with ballet, jazz, and modern. I fell in love with partner dancing in college which led me to an exciting ballroom dance career in New York City. I competed as a professional in American Smooth (Fox Trot, Waltz, Viennese Waltz and Tango) and also taught and performed extensively in all social dances. My greatest joy, besides being a mom to my two beautiful kids, is when I am dancing and helping others learn to dance!
I teach most social dance styles including: swing, lindy hop, west coast swing, salsa, cha cha, rumba, merengue, samba, fox trot, waltz, tango, viennese waltz, hustle, freestyle, wedding choreography and line dancing. With a BA in Dance from SFSU and certifications through Arthur Murray and the USISTD, I am confident that I can help you succeed.
After 25 years in New York, I have returned to my roots in North County San Diego and I’m excited to bring the joys of partner dancing into your life!
